Information Sharing Among Our Family of Affiliated Companies
Vineyard National Bancorp is the holding company for Vineyard Bank, N.A. (Bank). Any other company that is owned or controlled by Vineyard National Bancorp is an “affiliate” of the Bank. Affiliates to whom we may disclose information about you include financial service providers such as banks, credit card companies, consumer finance companies, insurance companies, securities brokers and other financial institutions. Under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, we are permitted to share your name, address and facts about your transactions and experience with us (such as your account balance, payment history and other transactions on your accounts with us) among our affiliated companies. That information is referred to as "transaction information."
Disclosure of Information
We do not disclose personal information about you to anyone except as permitted by law. Examples of what is permitted by law include disclosing personal information:
- To affiliated or nonaffiliated companies if it is necessary or helpful in completing a transaction
- To report to consumer reporting agencies
- To comply with government or court orders
- To report an apparent crime
- If you give us your consent
Marketing Disclosures
We also may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf. There is no right to opt out of those disclosures. The third parties sign confidentiality agreements with us. We may also disclose all of the information we collect to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, Vineyard Bank, N.A. will continue to adhere to privacy policies and practices described in this notice.

We provide you with access to your account information through various means, such as account statements, Online and Telephone Banking. If your account information is incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please call or write to us at the telephone number or address listed on your account statement, bank records or other documentation. We will promptly update or correct any erroneous information. If you have questions or feel that we have not handled information about you properly, you may contact us at the number listed below and we will investigate your inquiry or complaint.

Unless you tell us otherwise, we may share personal and financial information about you with our affiliated companies. You may make your privacy choice(s) at any time. However, if we do not hear from you, we may share some of your information with affiliated companies and other companies with whom we have contracts to provide products and services. The process of advising us that you do not want us to share information about you is called "opt-out".

Box 2379, Corona, CA 92879-2379 or by calling us at (888) 484-6392 toll free, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. PT. Please provide your full name and street address; account type(s), such as checking, savings, and/or home equity loan; account number(s); and telephone number on your request. In the event of joint account relationships, one party may opt out on behalf of all joint accountholders. Please note that your request may take up to 30 days to process. Once your request has been processed, it will remain in effect for the life of the account(s) unless you revoke it.
