ePay Business Bill Pay allows you to create future dated and recurring bill payment schedules; just another way we offer to help streamline your payment process.
Pay from Multiple Bank Accounts
Select the account from which each bill is to be paid using a drop-down box. This is especially helpful when expenses and payroll are paid from separate accounts.
Pending Payment Calendar
Display pending activities in a calendar format allowing you to stop or change a payment directly from the calendar.
Email Payments
Send money via email to anyone in the U.S. who has an email address and a U. S. bank account eliminating the need for "wire" transfers.
Inter-Bank Transfers
Transfer money to your bank accounts at other financial institutions. You may also track where funds are being transferred, how much the transfers are for and how often funds are transferred to another institution.
Memo and Comment Fields
Enter discretionary data pertinent to particular transactions. All memo and comment data is stored in a payment history with designated data accompanying the remittance.
- Purchase order number
- Invoice number
- Invoice comments on discounts
Bill Payment Reminders
Track bill payment activity without logging in everyday
- Email reminders of payments overdue
- Email notifications of activated payees
- Email reminders when a bill is not paid by a “no later than” date
- Email reminders when scheduled payments need to be approved (multi-user application)
Payee Categorization
Organize your payments by grouping payees into categories such as “utilities,” “marketing,” etc. Online reports with payment histories are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
Dual Signature Accounts
Authorize users with the appropriate permissions to individually schedule and approve payments, just as when a paper check is written. If more than two business owners have authority to sign checks, additional users may be granted “signing” privileges as needed and any two of these users can schedule and/or approve payments. This is a safe and secure method to accommodate dual signature controlled accounts electronically.
Administrative Tools that Include Multi-User Permissions
Establish super user(s) as part of the enrollment process. From that point on,a super user may set up unlimited sub-user accounts with personalized access rights for each sub-user account created. ALL users are issued a unique login ID. The result is a secure, accessible system that is flexible enough to adjust as personnel and responsibilities change within your company.
Customer Specific Security Features
Take control of your account by setting up additional self-imposed security features.
- Establish maximum amounts to be paid to any payee
- Forced change PIN schedule
- Second level security for specific actions (i.e. change email address, add a new payee)
