Cash Management Sales Manager

Vineyard Bank is currently seeking a Cash Management Sales Manager for our Irvine location; As the Cash Management Sales Manager you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Bank’s commercial cash management function including developing new cash management business through indirect and direct sales calls.

Primary duty is to make sales and is engaged customarily and regularly away from the place of business. Cross-sell additional products and services to existing cash management clients. Follow up on referrals from the other business lines. Assist senior management with customer relationship management responsibilities i.e. sales calls, new customer development, sales proposals and presentations, etc. Meet assigned sales goals.
Train and coach Relationship Managers and Community Banking Managers on cash management products. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years in Cash/Treasury Management Sales. Must be open to overnight travel.
