Cash Management - Account Reconciliation
Reduce reconciliation time and increase control over your funds with our partial or full Account Reconcilement services.
Reduce account administration time with fine-sort services and full or partial reconciliation. Features include:
- Fine Sort – Your physical checks are sequenced in numerical order with each statement.
- Partial Reconciliation – Vineyard generates a data file of paid checks and sends it to you on a predetermined schedule.
- Full Reconciliation – You send us a data file of issued checks, and we’ll run that file against your businesses' paid items and produce a report of outstanding checks and exceptions on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. As an additional option, checks can be sequenced in numerical order with the statement.
